How to assign your colleagues to Benefits

This feature is only be available to Suppliers or Delivery Partners who are paying for one or more of their users to be administrators.

To assign your colleagues to Benefits, click on Assign, start typing the relevant Contract Title and then select the right Contract. You can then select one or more Benefits associated with that Contract, and select one of your colleagues and either Assign them to or Unassign them from those Benefits.

Assigned colleagues will receive all the email reminders to submit evidence and scores for the Benefits they have been assigned to, and be able to submit the evidence and scores, instead of your organisation's Admins.
