How to assign your colleagues to Benefits

To assign your colleagues to Benefits:

  • Click on Assign
  • Type in the Contract Title and wait for it to autocomplete.
  • Select all of the Benefits associated with that Contract you would like to alter by ticking the boxes in the left hand column.
  • Type in the names of the employees you would like to assign and wait for them to autocomplete.
  • Click the "Assign" button.

Assigned colleagues will receive all the email reminders to submit evidence and scores for the Benefits they have been assigned to, and be able to submit their Evidence and Scores.

This feature is only available to Suppliers or Delivery Partners who are paying for one or more of their users to be administrators.
