The people in a Buyer organisation who you want to assess Benefits from your perspective, by submitting their Evidence and Scores by the appropriate dates.
There are three scenarios where you are likely to want to use assign these users:
- you have an internal Benefit to be realised within the Council, and would like a colleague to submit Evidence about it.
- you have a colleague who works closely with a Supplier on site and is able to provide their own independent perspective on a Benefit.
- you have a Supplier who fails to use Cenefits to submit Evidence, and provides it via some other medium, and you still want to submit it against the Benefit in the application.
