Cenefits is a Software as a Service application, which means that it is a single instance running on publically available infrastructure, capable of supporting an infinite amount of Buyers, Suppliers and Delivery Partners. This makes it easy and affordable to maintain, host and support.
Consequently the pricing model is simple and affordable. We charge Buyers to use the application based on the number of employees they need to have user accounts and the amount of data they need to store.
We have four price bands for Buyers, which are detailed on our website here. When deciding which band to choose, you should consider how many Contract Managers and Assessors you will need - it is common for customers to underestimate this number.
We can accept payment monthly by Direct Debit (preferred) or by BACS transfer.
For Public Sector Buyers, Cenefits is available as Cloud Software through the UK government's G-Cloud 12 framework.
Whilst the basic usage of the application is free for Suppliers or Delivery Partners they are able to pay per £10 per user per month to assign them as administrators.
