How do I restore missing icons in Internet Explorer 11?

Some organisations have applied very strict settings to Internet Explorer 11, which prevent you from being able to see icons in Cenefits (and in many other web applications).

Alternatively, you can use a different web browser, like Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Apple Safari.
