How do I report an issue or ask a technical question?

Please report any issues or technical questions by sending us a message to [email protected] or by posting a message on this support website (they both go to the same place).

Please only report one issue per ticket and give it a good subject or title that we can understand at a glance.

If there are more instances of the same issue, please reply to the same email thread or add them to the same ticket if you can.

Reporting issues in this way allows us to link issues to tickets in our product management software (so that our developers can see any additional comments) and it also allows you to keep track of all the tickets you and your colleagues are posting.

If you have a non-technical question, related to particular Projects and Benefits, please get in touch with the relevant Buyer organisation.
