Can our users upload personal data?

It is possible for Contributors, Suppliers and Delivery Partners to upload personal data as part of the process of submitting evidence or explaining scores for Community Benefits.

There is a checkbox that allows them to specify whether or not they are submitting personally identifiable information about a data subject, and whether they confirm that they have the data subject’s freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous consent to do so.

Project Managers can approve or reject the text and files that have been uploaded. If they reject it, then it is not available for download, and the submitter is required to amend the evidence or score in question.

Buyers are encouraged to decide what kind of data they would like Contributors, Suppliers and Delivery Partners to submit, and to provide guidance documentation to them to explain what they require. This might or might not include personal data.
